Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. You must return any item shipped by dherbs.com for a full credit or refund of the product price, keeping the following in mind:

• CBD MiracleMeds.com does not make refunds for any opened containers or bottles.

• Item must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories.

• You must return the item to us within 15 days of receipt of purchase.

• If you open a container(s) or bottle(s) that exist in a cleanse, regimen or kit, there will be NO refund for that cleanse, regimen or kit. NO EXCEPTIONS

 

We'll also provide free return shipping if your return is the result of our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item, etc.). In other cases, a return postage fee will apply.

We do not provide return labels for products being returned. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Items listed as "non-returnable" on our product detail page cannot be returned. However, in an unlikely event a damaged or defective item is delivered to you, we will issue a replacement. We may contact you to ascertain the damage to, or defect in, the product prior to issuing the replacement.
